The Charitable Fund Aspern in Kyiv is a not-for-profit organization under Ukrainian law that has as its primary aim to help at-risk youth and children in crisis situations. The children that we serve come from impoverished or dysfunctional families living in Kyiv City and Oblast. We have two residential projects, the "Rehabilitation Center" and the "Social Dormitory", and a number of projects that reach out into the larger community, the "Babushka Project", the "Holidays Program", and the "Workshop Program".
